These are the essential configuration values for your phone/ATA or you can provision your device with ThinkTel, then use uControl to add/modify your lines. Please refer to this article for instructions How do I factory reset my ATA and re-provision it?
1. The SIP username. This will be the 10 digit number we provide.
2. The SIP password. This password would have been provided at the time of ordering or it can be looked up in uControl HPBX - Confirm Hosted PBX Password
3. The SIP proxy. Set your phone/ATA's SIP proxy to be: edm.sub.tprm.ca(West Coast) or tor.sub.tprm.ca(East Coast) (Setting the Outbound SIP Proxy is typically not needed)
4. Set the Registration expiration (Time-out) to 3600.
These values should allow proper SIP registration and call flow as long as your local network handles SIP properly.
