PBX/Trunk IP/Port/Password - Change

When trying to change your IP, port or password through you have to...

  1. Open uControl
  2. Click on the blue "Services" Button, then click "Numbers"
  3. Beside the SIP Trunk in question click the "details" button
  4. Under the Configured SIP Binding - Click "Edit"
  5. Update the desired information.
    • Enter the new IP in the Contact IP Address field.
    • Enter the new Port in the Contact Port field.
    • Enter the new burst channel amount in the Channels field.
    • Enter the new SIP password in the New Password and Confirm Passwords fields.
  6. Click "Save"


Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
